Proposal No: CP-2026-005 · Date: May 2026 ·
Prepared for: Flextra, Tirupur
Why this campaign exists and what pain point it solves.
Flextra is a premium performance fabric brand by Pranera Textiles, Tirupur — built on 20+ years of polyester knit manufacturing expertise. The problem Flextra faces is a classic ingredient branding challenge: Pranera manufactures exceptional fabric, but once it passes through garment manufacturers, distributors, and tailors — the fabric identity completely disappears.
Schools and corporates buy uniforms without knowing or caring what fabric is inside. Garment makers up-brand it, private label it, or replace it with cheaper alternatives. Pranera gets paid commodity prices. The brand value is lost in the supply chain.
This campaign exists to make Flextra a demanded ingredient — where the end institution (school trustee, corporate HR/brand head) specifically asks: "Is this Flextra?"
The campaign targets two parallel audiences:
| Primary Goal | Brand awareness + demand creation among institutional decision makers |
| Pain Point | Flextra fabric disappears in the supply chain — nobody asks for it by name |
| Success Metric | Sample requests via digital, inbound enquiries from schools/corporates, social reach among target audiences |
